Gözde Tech Ventures was established by Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı, an affiliate of Yıldız Holding, in order to invest in technology start-ups and drive the development of innovative business ideas. 


 

Established in 1957, Makine Takım was acquired by Yıldız Holding in 2012. With its 190 employees, Makine Takım is an engineering group that is involved in developing advanced technologies to enhance customers’ efficiency, profitability and occupational safety. 

Azmüsebat manufactures Derby razor blades, which are easily accessible thanks to their affordable prices and facilitate consumers’ lives in more than 65 countries on five continents, and the company is acquired by Yıldız Holding in 2016. 

Being one of the leading companies in its industry, Polinas was established in Manisa in 1982 as the first local manufacturer of BOPP ((Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene). 


 

Penta Teknoloji was founded in 1990 and was acquired by Yıldız Holding in 2011. The company is one of Turkey’s leading value-added technology products distributors that rapidly and safely distributes the most advanced global and local technology products.
